My personal training approach is science-based and rooted in proven strength training principles. Every exercise is chosen with a focus on building strength — tailored to your unique goals and abilities. I use evidence-backed methods to help you get stronger and move better with confidence.
2:1 Personal Training
Strength-focused training is also available for pairs — perfect for training with a friend or partner while still receiving expert, personalised coaching. Training together offers built-in motivation, accountability, and a shared sense of progress, all while following individually tailored programs.
Online Coaching (via App)
The coaching I offer is also available online via a dedicated training app. You’ll receive a fully personalised program, video demonstrations, and progress tracking — all from your phone. Stay consistent and build strength on your own schedule, with expert support and guidance every step of the way.

Me
I have been a personal trainer since 2020 and it is my passion - it is a real joy to work with people who want to achieve a certain goal and are committed to doing so. I truly believe that building strength through proven resistance training is the way to feel, look and move better. Exercise does not need to be fancy or overcomplicated - my clients are a testament to that.
